6 weeks of torture

Today was depressing, but in the end, even if we had wom, 3rd place doesn't get in the Nationals anyway. We will have to compete in the Chubu tournament and try again. Our coach benched me in the 3rd quarter. I was thrilled, as you can imagine. And this is why...



I have a stress fracture. 6 to 8 weeks doing f-all ... In 2 weeks I can start swimming and cycling so I don't lose shape, but 4 weeks until I can shoot balls and 6 to start playing.

Your ankle still doesn't stay stationary when cycling. It still flexes and you put pressure on it to propel movement, but hey, it's your body, so if you want to damage it by using it too soon, go right ahead.

Yeah, I get that. I was referring more to putting the pressure on it when doing range of motion stretches and exercises would be better. That's all.
